Vintage convex scheurich vase, made from partly glazed and partly matte orange and brown ceramic, west germany earthenware from the 1960s-70s, numbered at the bottom 284-15. This convex model from scheurich has a high collector's value, type 284-15 is made in various bright color patterns and different textures, making them very sought after. West germany was actually a collective name for ceramics that came onto the market roughly between 1950 and 1990. Some well-known names are roth, carstens, ruscha, jopeko, jasba, fohr, but the greatest were perhaps scheurich and bay.
