Suspension / ceiling light in carbon fibre – unique piece

Original creation made about twelve years ago from carbon fibre used in the aerospace industry. The structure was manufactured by robotic fibre placement on a Coriolis machine, then polymerised in an autoclave, following a manufacturing process for aerospace composites comparable to that used for the large carbon structures of the A350 XWB. A very lightweight piece with generous dimensions: 90 × 60 × h70cm. The deliberately open and graphic design creates beautiful shadows projected onto the ceiling and walls when the lamp is turned on. Unique piece, designed and manufactured by its creator. Experimental and raw concept related to the creation of this first prototype.
