French art deco wall sconce silver metal with opaque glass ball shade 4101

Vintage french art deco silver metal wall light with white opaque glass shade. The backplate is in a typical art deco style with a raised geometric design. From the top of the backplate comes a curved arm leading to a silver metal shade holder. The shade is in white opaque glass in the shape of a ball. There is a hanging bar on the back of the sconce to fix it to the wall. The light is wired with french braided twin core wiring and takes 1 large bayonet bulb b22. The metalwork has lovely aged patina, and marks associated with age.
