Set of 4 water glasses and 4 wine glasses designed by paloma picasso for villeroy and boch, signed and stamped under the base. Clear and shiny crystal glasses in very good condition. Original box a little faded. Size: Water glass: height 9.5 cm, diameter 8 cm, weight 220 g. Wine glass: height 7.4 cm, diameter 7 cm, weight 196 g. Renowned for the quality of its crystal, the villeroy-boch company is also at the forefront of the modernity of its design. Since the 19th century, artists such as van de velde or olbrich, and more recently keith haring have contributed to its notoriety. Paloma picasso's creations for villeroy-boch began in 1987.
