Beautiful pair of blown-moulded glass decanters in aqua blue-green, likely dating from the mid-19th century, in the style of Bohemian or English productions of the time. Each decanter features a globular body adorned with several decorative registers: relief-cut diamond patterns, friezes of interlocking arches, vertical flutes, rhythmically accented by twisted cords applied in a spiral. The tapered neck with flutes is topped with an annular collar and a spherical diamond-cut stopper. The authenticity of these pieces is evident in the details: slight variations in colour and shape between the two decanters, visible air bubbles within the mass, and an irregular surface at the base, characteristic signs of 19th-century handmade blown glass. These elements attest to an old, non-industrial manufacturing process. In very good condition, with minimal wear consistent with the age of the pieces. No chips or cracks reported. Dimensions (per decanter): height 33 cm, diameter 13 cm. Weight of the pair: 2 kg.
