Basalt floor vase designed by Dieter Peter for Carstens Tönnieshof, 1960s

Floor vase with Basalt decor designed by Dieter Peter in the 1960s. This vase was made by the renowned West German company Carstens Tönnieshof. The Basalt decor was designed in the late 1960s or early 1970s for CARSTENS's luxury Luxus collection by art director Dieter Peter. This was more expensive and sold in major department stores. This rather rare vase with a beautiful design is in excellent condition. There is only a small chip at the bottom (see photo). The vase is also marked on the bottom with the model number '7580' and the Carstens logo.
