Antique mahogany library in Louis XVI / Directory style.
Beautiful antique glass-fronted library in Louis XVI style, dating from the late 19th century (Napoleon III period / early Third Republic). A piece of high-quality cabinetry, elegant and ideal for classic, industrial, or contemporary decor. Materials: Solid mahogany structure and stunning lower panels in mahogany veneer with geometric grain. Assertive Louis XVI style with beautiful fluted side columns, a straight molded cornice, and turned feet. Facade: Two large doors opening to a spacious storage area. Upper part is glass-fronted. Lower part is solid. The interior features removable and height-adjustable shelves thanks to a wooden rack system. Very good overall condition for its age. One pane has been replaced by me; I don't know about the other. TO BE PICKED UP ON SITE - be two people as it is heavy. I have a large elevator.
