André Sornay armchair in solid pine and black lacquer – circa 1960

Armchair designed by André Sornay, a cabinetmaker and designer from Lyon, around the 1960s. Geometric structure in solid pine, combined with a black seat and backrest. The armchair features the characteristic assembly system with threaded rods typical of Sornay's furniture. Very beautiful modernist construction, with a particularly graphic and architectural line. The armchair is sold in its current condition, with signs of use, small marks, and wear related to its age, visible in the photographs. Solid and stable structure.
