Art deco mirror in varnished wood, 1930s

Beautiful art deco mirror from the 1930s in varnished and carved wood with small floral motifs, pretty hammered effects. Framing made by the delarue-benard factory, amiens (label intact on the back of the mount). Some pitting in the wood. Presence of traces of mercury and areas of veiling in the tin of the mirror which give it an old charm. There is a touch of romanticism and softness in this sober and elaborate setting that makes you dream... Beautiful piece, to install in an entrance, above a fireplace, or in a bedroom, for example.
