Presentation plate signed Minton

Rare Minton porcelain plate. Hand-painted floral motif and stamped. England circa 1805. This Minton porcelain plate features beautifully hand-painted flowers in still vibrant shades of red, yellow, green, and mauve. The chance to have this plate in 2026 is that it has managed to survive the centuries without any alteration to the decoration! The gilded and shiny edge enhances the overall colours. The gilding is very slightly worn in some areas. This plate, with its original and technically complex cut shape, highlights the expertise of the Minton workshops right from the very beginning of the manufacture. Marks: The Minton mark in under-glaze blue. Dimensions: 9 inches in diameter. Condition: Excellent.
