Mid century modern ceiling lamp 40s pendant glass ball

Mid-century modern pendant made of white opal ball globe and steel colored aluminium body and fittings. Dates back to the 1940s. The globe is made of opal glass white. Original metal and ceramic bulb holder. Original working electric wiring. Uses edison e27 regular screw cap bulb (not supplied). The ball diameter is 20cm/~8´´ The length of the metal part (ceiling rose, body and fitting) is 85cm/33-5´´ So, the total length will the 105cm/41.5´´ Note: we have 2 of these, but the length of the rod is different. Please check the other one here: https: //www.etsy.com/listing/805541796/ Condition: very good vintage condition. The metal rod and the ceiling rose represent some darkening time marks and spots. We didn’t attempt to clean the metal. Please note that this product is vintage. It is not perfect. It may be a little asymmetric and metal parts may be slightly bent. Any major defects are mentioned here, but please expect to see some minor irrelevant defects not mentioned, that are common to products with more than 20 years of age.
