Small guéridon called tea table in walnut - 19th century stamped Holland and So.

Elegant English guéridon known as a tea table in walnut, stamped Holland and Sons. A small, uncommon model as it is smaller and lower than usual tea tables, since people at the time used them for afternoon tea. An ingenious system as the base is reinforced with lead to ensure good stability, a sign of the fine quality of the guéridon. This small model features a superb solid walnut top with a beautiful flame in a single piece and a small moulding. Tripod legs with very fine turning. Very beautiful patina and in perfect condition.
