Murano glass soliflore vase by Flavio Poli

Large and elegant soliflore vase with high neck in purple and white multilayer glass, made using the so-called sommerso technique, by flavio poli for the seguso art glassworks in murano, italy in the 1950s. Note tiny chips inside the neck, and fine scratches towards the base (see close-up photos).
