Add a touch of timeless character to your interior with this authentic mid-century Nathan sideboard. Emblematic of British craftsmanship from the 1960s-1970s, this teak piece combines modern functionality with vintage aesthetics. Fully restored, it is ready to be placed in your living room or dining area. This piece of furniture stands out for the quality of its warm-toned teak veneer and beautifully grained texture, typical of Nathan Furniture productions. Its sober and elegant design rests on a solid wood base that visually lightens the structure while ensuring perfect stability. With a length of 184 cm, this sideboard offers optimised storage space without visually cluttering the room: on the left, a column of three spacious drawers with integrated sculpted handles, a signature of the Scandinavian style reinterpreted by the English; on the right and in the centre, a large cupboard space with hinged doors, ideal for crockery, vinyl records, or documents. Its low profile (75.5 cm) also makes it an ideal TV unit for flat screens, or a perfect sideboard to display your decorative items, such as a vintage lamp or a Dame-Jeanne. This piece has undergone a complete professional restoration (deep cleaning, sanding, treatment, and oiling) to enhance the wood while respecting its history. The structure is sound, solid, and the drawers slide perfectly. Although the overall condition is excellent (ready to place), this Nathan sideboard retains traces of its past life, which attest to its authenticity: a slightly darker halo visible on the top (above the left doors) and a few fine scratches and signs of use on the surface.
