Handmade Turkish Oriental rug in wool

Very beautiful large antique/vintage Oriental rug, entirely handmade in Turkey, made of wool. Elegant Oriental decor with a large central medallion, surrounded by a rich floral pattern on a light background and several finely crafted borders. A very beautiful harmony of old rose, red, cream, beige, and soft green tones. The rug retains its original label, particularly interesting, clearly stating: "Oriental Rug – entirely handmade" Origin: Turkey. Composition: wool. Dimensions: 300 × 200 cm – 6 m² The reverse reveals the knotting work and the fringes are in line with the structure of the rug. In very good general condition for its age, with a lovely patina and some normal signs of use and time. Fringes showing some irregularities, visible in the photographs.
