Green water slipware lamp base numbered – 1950s

Superb ceramic lamp base in water green majolica, featuring an openwork design and stylised plant lines. The tripod base and the central scroll motif strongly evoke the productions of Vallauris from the 1950s. The piece is numbered underneath, indicating it is a workshop creation. Although unsigned, the aesthetic, quality of the glaze, and typical hue allow for a cautious attribution to the South of France, Vallauris period. The celadon green colour, fresh and bright, makes it an ideal piece for mid-century, Mediterranean, or chic eclectic decor. 📅 Period: 1950s 📎 Condition: very good vintage condition, glossy glaze, functional electrification.
