✨️Pearlescent and iridescent enamel tray by Verceram from the 1955. Art Deco style. ✨️A little story. Here is a serving tray that, beyond its primary function, is a superb object that reflects the artistic ambition and modernity of its creator. ✨️This very graphic model came from the imagination of Mr Caux, who was the director and creator for the Verceram brand based in Montreuil from 1930 to 1971. ✨️He decided to take a very avant-garde turn in the 1950s by creating models with abstract shapes, taut curves, and radical colour contrasts. ✨️In addition to the originality of his creations, he played with materials, introducing iridescent metallic effects. ✨️The majority of his production is bicolour. In this model, pearlescent white perfectly combines with iridescent black. ✨️It is stamped underneath the base. ✨️This tray is in very good condition. ✨️Its handle is made of wrought iron.
