Brushed aluminum 'Donut' lamp, Space Age design, circa 1960

Space Age design table lamp, made of brushed aluminum, with a rounded circular shape reminiscent of a ring. The style evokes the creations of Joe Colombo or Carlo Nason and could also be part of the work of Walter Donner. The lamp bears an original label from the Italian manufacturer Doria, active in the 1960s, which attests to its provenance. The indirect lighting is diffused by a hole located on the top, designed for a half-chrome E27 bulb (LED for example). The light output is soft and elegant. Despite extensive research, no other trace of this model has been found, which underlines its exceptional rarity on the market. Very good general condition: no shocks or deformation of the metal structure, electricity in perfect working order. Slight signs of use are visible in the photos. A rare and authentic piece, intended for collectors and lovers of 20th-century design.
