Modernist Scandinavian nesting tables in teak, Denmark around 1960.

Very beautiful set of 3 nesting tables from around 1960. A model completely in the spirit of mid-20th century Danish modernism with its so-called "Bambi" legs (long and slender like a fawn's legs) made of solid teak and its tops in teak veneer with beveled edges. This is a true set of nesting tables presented with rails under the tops allowing for sliding storage, with the tables stacked one under the other, the top one supporting the one below. Dimensions are 57x36x48 cm in height, 46x35x46 cm, and 37x34x44 cm. In superb used condition (only a small restoration noted on the edge of the top of the smallest table, see last photo), with a very nice patina, this small set of tables will complement a coffee table or can serve as end tables or nightstands. Shipping by postal colissimo of the disassembled item is offered (only the legs will need to be reattached without tools required).
