This is an antique pediment mirror made of carved wood, gilded with polished gold leaf and agate. Adorned with scrolls and foliage on an engraved background. 18th century style. Period: Beautifully crafted, circa 1850. The frame is solidly mounted with keys (photo 10). The original mirror shows some wear, but it is still able to be admired. The pediment can be removed. Dimensions: exterior: 67x39.5 cm, view of the mirror: 27.5x23.5 cm, border width: 7.5 to 8.2 cm, thickness: 4 cm. Weight: 3.100 kg. Carefully packaged: approximately 4.5/5 kg. Condition: Overall in good condition and very attractive appearance, beautiful original gilding without retouching, no missing decoration, some gilding chips, and signs of age, as shown in the photos.
