Hala hannoversche lampenfabrik desk lamp model 1466. Cast iron base with art deco stepped steps and steel arms. Large reflector – polished aluminum. Articulated arm and lampshade. e27 bulb socket, power 15-60 watts. Hala brass mounting screws. Original on/off switch built into the bulb socket. Dimensions: height 42 cm; length 23 cm; width 15 cm; reflector diameter 20 cm. Weight: 2.2 kg. Produced by hannoversche lampenfabrik (Hala), Hannover. Production period: 1935 – 1940. The Hala brand was founded in Hanover in 1920 and is an abbreviation of hannoversche lampenfabrik, their first factory was located on Wilhelmstr in Hanover, and then moved to Helmkestr in Hanover in 1941. The company produced workstation and office lamps as well as lamps for sewing machines, the company closed its doors in 1950. Restored condition in polished metal and waxed metal graphite: lampshade in polished aluminum and waxed steel graphite, fully re-wired with modern electrical components and a round black electric cable 2 X 0.75 mm².
