Parisian Art Deco wardrobe 1930

Charming Parisian Art Deco wardrobe from the 1930s, fully renovated with care. Made of solid beech, it features a lovely slender silhouette and beautiful details typical of the era: floral and geometric carvings at the top, worked vertical lines, and elegant "peacock flute" feet. The piece has been carefully prepared and then painted in matte black, with a clear matte varnish protective finish. The interior has been entirely painted in a lovely deep green shade, which contrasts elegantly with the black exterior. The wardrobe is healthy, stable, and solid. The two doors are not warped and open easily. The lock works perfectly and has been replaced with an old model that has never been used. The Art Deco lock entry is original. The interior offers ample storage capacity and can be used in various ways: with its shelves for linen, or as a wardrobe by removing one or two shelves depending on the desired height. This modularity makes it particularly practical in a bedroom, hallway, or even a bathroom. The pine shelves are new. Like all antique furniture, this wardrobe retains some small imperfections and marks related to its age despite a long and careful renovation. They contribute to its authenticity. Notably, there is an old repair located inside, on the lower right side. This is solid, has been preserved, and painted.
