Björn gustaf rönnquist was born on june 12, 1948 in sköns in sundsvall, died on may 12, 2005 in malmö. He was a swedish painter, illustrator and glass maker. Rönnquist grew up in stockholm but moved to skåne in the 1980s. Before taking up glass and painting, he worked as a draftsman and illustrator. He designed a collection of glass items for ikea, including the karisma egg. Original vintage condition.
