In this advertisement, you will find a beautiful handcrafted table lamp in the style of Adolf Loos. The lamp is inspired by the Art Deco style. It is made of brass and faceted glass. The shape of the lamp is known in geometry as a truncated icosahedron, popularised in 1970 when Adidas introduced its new football at the World Cup in Mexico. The truncated icosahedron has 12 regular pentagonal faces and 20 regular hexagonal faces, providing exceptional light with many beautiful shadows. Condition: Very good vintage condition with slight signs of age and use, such as a patina. The lamp requires a single E27 bulb, available worldwide. The special bulb visible in the photos is included in the purchase.
