Mid-Century Glass Wall Light from Limburg, Germany, 1960s

Stunning and rare mid-century modern wall light by limburg (germany, 1960s). Cobweb shaped black "iron" inlaid in textured glass on metal base. Minimal & geometric design and high quality. Casts a wonderful light (see pictures). Original label intact. Re-wired (hardwired) and ready to use (compatible in europe, uk, us, etc.). Requires 1x e27 light bulb, max 100 w. Led compatible. Height: 20.5 cm; width: 15 cm; depth (from wall): 11 cm. Very good vintage condition. Very light wear consistent with age and use. Limburg manufactured many lamps which became design classics, such as the famous bubble glass lighting by helena tynell.
