Beautiful vintage french majolica spoon rest in the shape of an artichoke. Possibly mid-20th century. It is a very very nice piece. Many people will think that it is a shame to use it as a spoon rest, but I have always believed that beauty is in the details. Why not allow yourself to use this lively artichoke while cooking. If you still resist, you can always use it to serve a snack; ) It is in perfect condition. It measures 23 cm long, 11 cm deep and 3.5 cm high.
