Crystal decanter early 20th century

Old carafe of eau de vie with sandblasted inscription in medallion "fil en quatre". Le fil was a eau de vie served in rural cafes in normandy and brittany. Depending on the quality of the spirit and its alcohol content, the neck of the bottle was surrounded by two, four or six threads. Cut with facets, this decanter has a shine on the collar and another on the bottom (see photos). The cap is missing.
