Model 048 Murano Glass Ceiling or Wall Lamp by Leucos, Italy, 1970s

The unusual Murano glass spiral lamp, model 048 by Leucos, was made in Italy in the seventies. It can be used as a ceiling, table or wall lamp. Founded in 1962 in Scorzè, on the outskirts of Venice, and subsequently moved to the Salzano district, Leucos soon became a leader in decorative glass lighting thanks to its ability to explore different contemporary creative and production possibilities. The electrical system is fully functional and includes 3 E14 lamp holders with adapters, we can make it E12 for the USA. As shown in the photo, there is a small chip on the glass but it is not visible because it is hidden once assembled.
