Napoleon III waste paper basket

Paper basket in red painted sheet metal, decoration of nets and laurel leaves on the top and bottom of the basket, floral decoration painted on a medallion applied to a sheet metal pierced with a diamond surrounding the center of the basket. France, napoleon III style, late 19th century. Good condition: cracked paint, traces of rust and scratches on the bottom.
