Knife rests/cutlery rest/porte-couteaux s are a traditional part of table settings in French culture. This is a very nice glass cutlery rest, it is a rectangular "board" with a duck sitting on it, on each knife rest the ducks are of a different color. The ducks are well detailed, have false beaks and eyes. On the other side of the stand there is an image of a transparent dove with green wings. The condition of the items is good, no chips or cracks, one duck has a slightly different turn in relation to the board, and this is a manufacturing defect. I think that by buying these knife rests you will have something rare, unusual and original. These four knife holders are the perfect item to add charm and aristocracy to your table decor.
