Galvanitas model S22 chairs by Paghloz, 1960

Co-edited by galvanitas - pagholz (west-germany) and designed under the aegis of elmar flàtotto, the s22 model consists of a one-piece pagwood seated shell (high-density compressed and moulded wood). Its excellent orthopaedic support of the pelvis and back, and its textured grain is non-slip provide unrivalled comfort. Mounted on a metal compass-type footing in folded powder powder gray/beige color, it is stackable, and the left foot fits on the right, so that it can assemble them in benches by juxtaposing them endlessly. Both super-robust and lightweight in design, the flamboyance of wood combined with the straight rigor of painted steel give the s22 a timeless look that blends into every interior.
