Modular bookcase by designer george nelson published by mourable international at the end of the 60s. This ingenious system (css = comprehensive storage system) allows you to place these elements wherever you want on the metal uprights in order to make a composition adapted to its needs. You see a possibility here in the photo as an example. This set consists of: 3 modules with door (37/47/83cm) 1 office or storage module with lowering door (55/33/83cm) 1 display module (with sliding glass door (not shown here because I do not I didn't need it for my part...but it's part of the lot! (55/33/83cm) 6 display or storage shelves. (33/83cm) 5 metal masts which are adjustable in height from 250cm to 265cm (possibility of shortening if necessary). This system also allows floor/ceiling installation using a spring patina which is fixed to the upper part of the metal mas (parts supplied). All elements can be fixed front or rear depending on what we want to display or the needs we have for the installation. This bookcase is a real asset for those who want to reconcile practicality with aesthetics. The whole thing is made of wood with veneer of blackened oak. This version is very chic and goes anywhere for an office or a living room or even in a bedroom as I used it personally! Presence of the stamp of the international furniture publisher inside the boxes. Condition report: I have posted a large number of photos which allow you to have a clear opinion of its condition. This set is in an excellent state of conservation given its age. No breakage, no missing elements in the frames and the assembly elements are complete. However this bookcase is not new, it is vintage so it contains a slight patina but very honestly looks close to new!.
