Painting hst xix° animated landscape (camargue - gardian?) signed

Antique oil painting on canvas depicting a landscape with a river, a couple and a bull, in the background, a village with a tiled roof. Signed but difficult to decipher (research to be carried out), pencil annotations on the back of the frame, dating from the end of the 19th century, beginning of the last century. As indicated in the photos, this work has two (discreet) restorations - see photos, contractual. The frame is offered with it but has significant wear, probably to be changed. Frame size: 24 / 35 cm.
