Adorable little jug, probably a milk pot, made of turned stoneware with a very slightly pyritised glaze. It has an elegant shape, with its ribbed body clearly showcasing the artisanal turning work, a beautifully chiselled handle, and a wider base that provides great stability on a small breakfast table or tray. This jug has an impressed stamp underneath in the material; it comes from the Poterie d’Oletta in Corsica, a workshop that still exists today and is now called Poterie du Nebbiu, but the style of current creations is different, so I believe it is from the era of a previous potter, probably from the 1970s. This jug is in perfect condition, with no cracks, chips, or even a nick. It measures 9 cm in height, 8 cm in diameter at the base, and 10.5 cm in width from the handle to the belly.
