Large vintage wall plate in ceramic from Kütahya, signed – hand-painted oriental decoration.

Magnificent large decorative plate made of handcrafted ceramic from Kütahya (Turkey), entirely hand-painted with a superb geometric design inspired by Ottoman ceramics. The decoration features beautiful blue geometric stars, red and green floral patterns, as well as very fine brushwork. A charming piece that will look great either hung on a wall or placed on a piece of furniture as decoration. The plate is signed on the back "Riza Abdülazizoğlu" and dated 1986-1987. The original hole allows for wall hanging. A very beautiful, colourful, and decorative handcrafted piece, ideal for a bohemian, oriental, Mediterranean interior, or for a collection of ceramics from around the world. Overall in good condition. Some slight signs of wear are visible.
