Set of 4 Chair 66, Alvar Aalto, Artek

Four original 66 chairs designed by Alvar Aalto for Artek, originally created in 1935. Each piece features the designer’s iconic birch plywood L-leg construction, paired with a durable and less commonly seen beige linoleum seat that adds a warm, natural tone. A few chairs show signs of previous life: scratches and light stains to the linoleum, as well as wear to the birch on the back legs. These details are clearly visible in the photos and do not take away from the beauty of the chairs.
