Mid-century Art Deco glass pendant light

Vintage design. Impressive suspension bar. An elegant design with a particular materiality. A combination of glass and polished aluminium. The shield consists of a flat aluminium plate. The shell is mounted in the centre on a rod that closes the top with a striking canopy. The light from the three lamps is primarily directed towards the ceiling. Through the frosted glass diffuser plate in the centre of the screen, a beam of light penetrates downwards. A striking and functional detail is the large button in the centre of the screen that connects the wheel to the shaft. The lamp is in very good condition with signs of use. The surface of the base has been polished by a professional craftsman for a high shine. The satin glass had to be replaced.
