Charming antique piece in solid oak, typical of the French Art Deco style from the 1930s-1940s. Originally designed to accommodate a radio or a phonograph, it stands out with its elegant triple opening: the upper compartment lowers by folding down from both sides of the piece, while the lower door provides access to a spacious storage area. ✦ Relief carved decoration on the door (octagonal pattern) ✦ Vertical fluting characteristic of Art Deco. ✦ Original brass hardware (without key) ✦ Sturdy structure, back in plywood. ✦ Period patina, signs of wear over time. There is an oil stain on the top. Perfect for restoration or to be used as is as an original accent piece (vinyl storage, bar, console…). A character piece ideal for vintage and retro decor enthusiasts.
