Linen thread tablecloth (1), Amandine's trousseau

This was Amandine's trousseau: a tablecloth with a superb white-on-white embroidered AM monogram. Linen thread with wide slats. Tablecloths with the same monogram and matching napkins are also available in our shop. In Europe, in the 19th century (and until the late 1950s), knowing how to embroider was a guarantee of a good education for young girls. An original way to pay homage to the work of our ancestors is to use antique linen in our daily lives and on special occasions. Dimensions: width: 145 cm. Length: 163 cm.
