Ceramic Fish Lamp Vallauris

Original 1950s ceramic fish lamp by vallauris. This type of table lamp exists in many versions, all with fish, shellfish, crustaceans, and starfish. Bright colors with golden details, typical of the 1950s and 1960s. This lamp was probably sold as a souvenir from the seaside town of berck in france. The lamp has been rewired to meet current safety standards. Bulb included. France, 1950s. Designer/manufacturer: vallauris. In very good condition, the fin at the top has been repaired, but this is hardly visible. Dimensions: 18 (h) X 20 (w) X 10 (d) cm.
