Dessert or entremets forks Mappin & Webb antique silver-plated

Charming set of 5 dessert or course forks and one larger fork, made of silver-plated metal, stamped Mappin & Webb - a renowned English house since 1775 and official supplier to the British Crown. From the 1930s to 1950s, featuring a very chic, classic English style with symmetrical guilloché and beaded decoration, representative of the understated elegance of the late Art Deco or post-Edwardian era. The small forks measure 17.5 cm in length, while the large one is 19 cm; the small forks are 1.9 cm wide, and the large one is 2 cm. In very good used condition, with clean and shiny metal, some scratches and slightly misaligned tines on a few, discreetly. Approximately 46 g each.
