Harlequin liqueur/cognac decanter and 6 glasses, 1950s

Vintage French liqueur or cognac decanter, consisting of six glasses in different colors (Harlequin luster glass). The glasses are colored in a variety of pastel shades (green, blue, purple, pink, yellow, and red), all adorned with gold bases. The decanter itself has a subtle yellow-gold hue, in keeping with the overall aesthetic of the set. The glass appears hand-blown, as indicated by the delicate bubbles and slight variations in shape and color, typical of mid-century glassware. Dimensions: The decanter measures 16 cm high and 8 cm wide at the base, the glasses measure 11 cm high and 6 cm wide at the top. Condition: Excellent, no damage, some signs of wear due to age.
