Mid-century illuminated wall mirror by Ernest Igl with brass crown, by Hillebrand.

A lovely mid-century wall mirror from the 1950s, designed by Ernest Igl and manufactured by Hillebrand Lighting in Germany. Constructed from cream ivory to beige metal, it features beautiful brass accents, including a charming swirling crown at the top. The mirror is in good vintage condition with some minor signs of wear mainly in non-visible areas. Two small black spots on the mirror glass are present as marks of time rather than defects. The brass parts show a beautiful authentic patina. The mirror is fully functional and has been recently re-wired. It diffuses soft, indirect light, equipped with four E14 sockets with E14 to E12 adapters for global compatibility. Dimensions: height 84 cm, width 51 cm, depth 8 cm.
