Pair of bedside tables or sofa ends from the 50s/60s by Lane USA

Very beautiful and very rare pair of bedside tables or sofa ends around 1960. Model published by lane furniture (altavista, virginia, usa) during the late 50s and early 60s and was only distributed in the united states. This furniture was particularly acclaimed to furnish the luxurious villas of the famous resort of the stars of palm springs in california. Solid oak structure with upper top in american walnut veneer and lower top in canning. Under the tray presence of the stamp of the manufacture with serial number and model number (see photo). The tables are 38.5 cm high (bottom 15.5 cm), 48.5x48.5 cm for the top top and 39.5x39.5 cm for the bottom. In superb condition, we note just the lower part of an angle of one of the upper trays slightly rapped with a micro brilliance of the veneer and 2 or 3 tiny addicts to canning (see photos), all of course without nuisance on the general aesthetics of the tables. Completely in the spirit of decoration of our time, these tables will bring a truly exclusive touch to your interior.
