Danish oak desk

Large Danish desk from the 70s in solid blond wood treated with the original varnish. Top colored by the old desk pad which has obviously been in place for a long time! The varnish makes it soft to the touch and very pleasant to use. On the right is a secret flat drawer whose handle is just below the offset top. In this drawer is a removable compartmentalized storage in bakelite. Below are 2 drawers with wooden slides, which makes their use very pleasant in terms of noise and handling. A third drawer with a key is located above the knees and finally the large capacity left drawer is used to hang A4 files. This one is equipped with metal slides to better support the weight of the paper. It is equipped with its own key. There are therefore 2 different keys for this desk with a shelf niche on the back facade. It can therefore be convenient to place the piece of furniture in the middle of a room making it visible in all directions. The base is very stable and no major or minor problems are to be reported.
