Swivel office chair called captain's chair circa 1900

Rare office armchair, perhaps of english origin, circa 1900. In solid wood, thick seat pad, back with finely turned bars. The patina is just perfect. Adjustable from 46 cm to 60 cm seat height. Stable and solid, losses and wear consistent with age. See photos.
