Coat rack on metal stand 70's

Very beautiful coat rack on black and chrome metal base, chrome completely cleaned with steel wool, some rust spots and traces of wear but overall very clean, see photos. Central rod in black square tubing, screwable at the ends of the 4 chrome feet. Rotating head with 6 low hooks and 6 high rods. Dimensions: h=190cm diameter of head=41cm diameter of 4 feet=62cm length of hooks=7cm // depth=10cm length of straight rods=21cm.
