Large asymmetrical vase Vallauris pearl grey and enamelled orange

This beautiful enamelled sandstone vase is a delight in its stylized shape, colours and material. It is not derived from a moulding production of the same model. Angular, asymmetrical, streamlined, it has its own identity that we love. Its décor like a sparkling orange explosion is reminiscent of the "fat lava" creations of west germany. There is no visible signature but it probably comes from the imagination of a ceramist from vallauris in the 1950s. It's a beautiful piece. It's in very good shape. Note a small gin on the beak very little visible. (see photo).
