Set of 4 Thonet chairs No. 623, circa 1915, original condition, 1915

Four Thonet chairs, model No. 623, produced from 1904 onwards. It was designated No. A 623 after 1925, until 1930. A model No. 476 also exists, with a more "square" profile, much more typical of the Art Nouveau style. The 623 model is rare, especially in this original condition. Suitable for everyday use. Original American mahogany shellac. The caning is recent and in perfect condition. Labels are present under three chairs, and the embossed marking is faded. Dimensions: Total Height: 91 cm - Seat Height: 46.5 cm - Seat: 41 X 41 cm. We can equip these chairs free of charge with screw-on glides (German origin), chosen for their material to match the flooring of the room where they will be used.
