Vintage herbarium coffee table by Roger Capron. Rare in this configuration. Very good condition. The discovery of ceramics led Roger Capron to change medium. In 1946, he settled in Vallauris where he founded the Callis ceramics workshop. He then partnered with Robert Picault, and later with Jean Derval in 1948, thus contributing to the revival of ceramics in Vallauris. He put into practice the motto of his mentor, René Gabriel: "to make beauty accessible to all.".
